We never share client data between accounts, and all agent actions are logged with full audit trails you can review at any time. You can revoke our access instantly from your ad platform settings without losing any of your historical data or campaigns.

The number of active agents depends on your plan. Starter plans include 8 agents covering core ad management tasks. Growth plans activate 18 agents including advanced audience modeling and creative testing. Within 24 hours of signup, you'll receive a calendar link to schedule your Discovery Call. On that call, we learn about your business, goals, ad history, and budget. Within 48 hours of the call, Zeus completes its initial analysis and we deliver a tailored strategy document showing the agent configuration, campaign architecture, and projected performance benchmarks. Campaigns are typically live within 5–7 business days of your Discovery Call.

The Zeus learning period typically runs 10–14 days, during which agents are actively testing audiences, creatives, and bid strategies. You'll see early signals — improved click-through rates, lower cost-per-click — within the first two weeks. Significant ROAS improvements generally materialize by the end of month one. For new ad accounts with no historical data, allow 3–4 weeks for the AI to build sufficient signal to optimize aggressively.

This keeps everything transparent — you see exactly what's going to the platforms and what's coming to us, with no markup on your ad spend.

Yes, all WeLead Lab plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which we remove agent access and return full manual control of your ad accounts to you. We'll provide a final performance report and campaign handover documentation so nothing is lost.
