These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WeLead Lab's website (weleadlab.com) and AI-powered advertising management services ("Services"). By accessing our website or subscribing to our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Services

What We Provide

WeLead Lab provides AI-powered advertising campaign management using our proprietary Zeus platform and 28 specialized AI agents. Services include campaign strategy, campaign setup and management, bid optimization, creative briefing, audience targeting, and performance reporting across supported ad platforms (Facebook/Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok).

What We Don't Control

We manage your campaigns on third-party ad platforms subject to those platforms' own terms, policies, and algorithms. We cannot guarantee specific ad performance outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control including market conditions, competition, platform algorithm changes, and your product or service quality. Our agents optimize for the goals you set, but we make no guarantee of specific ROAS, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate business information and goals during onboarding
  • Maintaining compliant ad account standing on all platforms
  • Ensuring all advertised products and services comply with applicable laws and each platform's advertising policies
  • Funding your ad accounts with sufficient budget for campaigns to run
  • Reviewing agent actions promptly in Manual Approval mode to avoid campaign delays

2. Free Tools and Resources

WeLead Lab may offer free tools, templates, calculators, or resources on our website. These are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Free tools do not constitute a service agreement and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Billing and Cancellation

Subscription Plans

WeLead Lab subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your start date unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

Ad Spend

Your advertising budget (ad spend) is billed directly by the respective ad platforms to your payment method on file with those platforms. Ad spend is entirely separate from and in addition to WeLead Lab's subscription fee. WeLead Lab does not receive or markup your ad spend.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize WeLead Lab to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee each month. Failed payments may result in service suspension after 5 business days.

Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel during a billing period, your access continues until the end of that period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@weleadlab.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, we will revoke agent access to your ad accounts and provide a final performance report.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Zeus platform, AI agents, proprietary algorithms, website design, and all original content produced by WeLead Lab are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or materials without explicit written permission.

Your Property

All creative assets, brand materials, ad account data, and business information you provide remain your property. By engaging our Services, you grant WeLead Lab a limited license to access and act on your ad accounts solely for the purpose of delivering the Services you've subscribed to. This license terminates upon cancellation.

AI-Generated Content

Ad copy, creative briefs, audience lists, and other outputs generated by our AI agents on your behalf, using your account and brand data, are work product delivered to you. You may use, edit, and own this content as you see fit.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeLead Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Ad spend losses resulting from platform algorithm changes, ad account suspensions, or market conditions outside our control
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party platform downtime or API unavailability

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our Services in a way that violates applicable law or third-party platform policies. In cases of material breach, termination may be immediate. In other cases, we will provide reasonable notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeLead Lab is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
